Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

United States

§  Free USA shipping on orders over $150

§  Standard Shipping: $7.90

§  Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): 12.90

§  All orders ship tracked.

International

§  International Standard Shipping: $22

§  Free International Shipping on orders over $299

§  DHL Express rates available at checkout.

§  All international orders ship with tracking.

§  International: 7-14 business days

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Dear Juliet cannot control or predict these charges.

Missed Delivery

If no one is available to receive your package, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice and redirect your parcel to the nearest pickup location or post office.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to change the address, recall the parcel, or issue a refund for undeliverable orders.

Returns & Exchanges

§  You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

§  Once approved, you have 14 more days to ship your item back.

Return Conditions

§  Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

§  Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

§  We do not offer prepaid returns — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

§  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive your return.
Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days with photo/video proof. If your jewelry becomes faulty after use (e.g., stone loss, chain break), we offer one free replacement per item.

Lost Returns

If you return an item via an untracked service and it goes missing, we cannot issue a refund. Always obtain proof of postage or use a tracked courier.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placing the order, as they may already be processed. If the order ships, you may return it following our return policy.

Discounts & Promo Codes

§  Only one promo code may be used per order.

§  Promo codes cannot be added after an order is placed.

§  Minimum spending or exclusions may apply.

§  Codes are non-transferable and must be used by the intended recipient.

§  Misuse of discount codes may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.

§  Dear Juliet reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
