Dear Juliet Jewelry — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.dearjulietjewelry.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products offered under the trade name “Dear Juliet Jewelry,” operated by Tara Jewelry LLC, a limited liability company organized in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA (“Tara Jewelry LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Site or place an order. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

3. Account & Information Accuracy

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases and to promptly update such information as needed.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time.
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we dispatch a shipment confirmation or deliver the products. Payments must be made through the secure payment methods displayed at checkout. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders (e.g., suspected reseller activity or fraud).

5. Product Information & Availability

We endeavor to describe products accurately; however, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewelry and differences in display settings. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (U.S. & Canada): Estimated delivery in 7–10 business days.
International: Estimated delivery in 7–16 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging, unless otherwise noted as final sale. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@dearjulietjewelry.com with your order number. We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions.

8. Limited Warranty

We provide a  2 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. This warranty excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repairs, exposure to chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
Our responsibility is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement, or store credit. Proof of purchase is required.

9. Care & Materials

Jewelry should be kept away from moisture, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals; store items separately to avoid scratches. Plated finishes can wear over time depending on use; this is not a defect.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Tara Jewelry LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit, or make derivative use of any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
(a) use the Site for unlawful purposes;
(b) infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights;
(c) upload malicious code;
(d) collect or track personal information of others;
(e) spam, phish, or scrape;
(f) interfere with the Site’s security features.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in Section 8, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tara Jewelry LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and in no event exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tara Jewelry LLC and our affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Massachusetts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder shall continue in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and purchases.
