What makes Dear Juliet Jewelry unique?+
Every Dear Juliet piece is designed to tell a story. Our demi-fine collections combine modern–vintage Italian inspiration with Indian craftsmanship, using recycled sterling silver, thick gold vermeil plating, and artisanal finishing. We believe jewelry should be bold, elegant, and deeply personal.
What materials do you use?+
We primarily work with recycled 925 sterling silver and plate it with thick layers of 18k or 22k gold vermeil (2.5 microns). Some designs feature genuine semi-precious stones. All pieces are nickel- & lead-free.
How should I care for my jewelry?+
• Store pieces in their pouch/box when not in use.
• Avoid perfumes, lotions, and water.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth.
• Vermeil lasts years with proper care but may wear over time.
Do you offer warranties?+
Yes — manufacturing defects within 6 months are replaced free. Normal wear/tear isn’t covered.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?+
Yes, everything is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. We use recycled sterling silver bases.
How long will shipping take?+
